We will only recommend you to work with us if we can provide you an unparallel value and cost saving.
Initial Inquery
We will spend an hour with your CTO or IT director to discuss your needs and asscess the possiblity of cost saving.
Deep Dive Evaluation
We will evaluate your cloud account within the next few days and draft a plan.
Cost cutting implementation
Once the plan is confirmed, we will setup a few work sessions to get the changes implemented. This will require your IT stuff to make changes to your cloud account under our guidance.
Cost saving
We will take our fees from your monthly savings. Depend on the size of your savings, it may take up to six months.
Maintenance plan
We can help you watch your AWS cost going forward, but we will also teach you how to monitor your cost so that you can do it yourself.
